• As part of the Biostatistics Consulting Center (BCCUMA), I consult on data analysis and statistical software usage, including:
  • collection, storage and preparation of data
  • choosing an appropriate analytical technique
  • choosing and using statistical software
  • interpreting results
• I develop and teach workshops on use of statistical software:
  • Standard workshops in SAS and SPSS are offered to the entire UMass community. These are generally scheduled twice a year through OIT. Contact OIT's Software Sales Desk (room A119 LGRC, 545-9730) for schedules and registration. Course descriptions.
  • Custom workshops can be arranged for groups of 5 or more.
• I manage OIT's statistical software licenses, test software, and provide installation support for OIT's site license clients.
