Hazards abound for pedestrians and drivers alike.
I once bought some neoprene gloves from a mail order house that specialized in safety equipment. For years they sent me their catalog. Back then orange plastic netting, yellow caution tape, and neon hued surveyor's ribbons were novelties. The safety industry has done well in the intervening years. Now, in our litigious culture, these items are ubiquitous features of the landscape. We know when to beware, we know when we've stepped over the {property) line. Is the word a safer place in this era of Homeland Security?
Selected spreads of 38 pages. Spineless flat-hinged style accordion book,
black cloth covers, 6 x 9 inches (open). 2002
