Workshops & Training

OIT provides the UMass community with workshops and training on technology-related topics. Want to create a course Web site? Need to know more about Dreamweaver? We can help you get started.

General Workshops

We offer several workshops on technology-related topics each semester. These workshops are available to all UMass students, faculty and staff for a nominal fee.

Faculty Workshops

Academic Computing offers workshops specially tailored to the needs of UMass faculty. If you or your department has enough people interested in a topic, we can also develop and teach a custom workshop for you in our classroom or yours.

Workshop Tutorials & Quick Reference Guides

Can't attend a workshop? Work your way through a Workshop Tutorial, or use one of our Quick Reference Guides to brush up on the details of Web development and working with images.
