PRESIDENT

Membership summit moved to TOMORROW March 1st at WPI 10-4

SVP

MBU—March 7th and 28th. Tricia has schedule check what you’re signed up
for,
if you want to sign up for something else. If you’re volunteering, you get a
T-shirt.

Sara’s basketball event in Boston is progressing well. It is at capacity,
however. Talk to Sara with questions.

No update on Security, Mia is awaiting responses. Talk to her about signing up.

April 20th: Boston Marathon. Registration is closed. We are at mile seven.
Rides—32 spots in cars, 40 people going, we need more spots. Talk to Grace if
you can drive. We leave the night before and stay over at a nearby brothers’
house.

Relay for life: April 24th/25th. So far 5 people are on the team. Sign up is
$10, and can be done online. $100 minimum fundraising requirement. TAKE IT
SERIOUSLY!! Talk to Molly with any questions. Checks payable to: AMERICAN
CANCER SOCIETY. There is a fundraising application on Facebook…talk to Molly or
Alexis.

A sign-up sheet was passed around for days of availability for service projects.
Contact Erin with questions.

Beautiful lengthsweek of May 4th through May 8th. If you have interest
in
helping the co-chairs, Jessica and Kelsey, talk to them

Ongoing projects:
Prison Book: White church on River Road in North Hadley. 1-4 p.m. on Sundays
Frank’s Troops: Wednesday nights 7-8:30 p.m. in Northampton

No meeting tomorrow March 1st since our meeting is now!

All pledges can officially begin their requirements.
Bigs and littles will be paired this week. Pledges, check your mailbox (you
will get one in the office early this week) for clues from who your big might
be.

You can continue the toiletry kit project in the office may be counted
as
service hours or office hours. Emily’s project was a huge success!

TREASURER

If you are an active brother and have not paid dues or spoken with Tom, do so
ASAP.
Pledge dues are to be in Tom’s mailbox no later than 12:00 p.m. Friday March
6th.
Payment plans are available, talk to Tom for details.

OLD BUSINESS

Brotherhood contract needs to be signed and turned in to Jill ASAP!! Remember,
you cannot conduct interviews with pledges until this form is returned.

We will no longer be meeting in the office before official events. Contact
someone who has signed up to go and can drive for a ride, or use the bus when
possible. General contact list will be going out.

No more “maybes” on event sign-ups. If you say you’re attending, that is
understood as a commitment.

Erin has great Fundraising ideas! Canning at Stop & Shop, etc. See Erin for
details.

NO NEW BUSINESS

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Sara is helping campaign for SGA positions/elections. See her if you want to
help “dormstorm”.

Erin &Kate (UMass), Molly (BU), and Jess (Michigan) all got into GRAD SCHOOL!!!
Congratulations!!

Happy Birthday Courtney!

Jules’ SN has 7 H’s. Not Six.
