If you wish to be considered for a ROM Award for Versatility or Performance please fill out and send in the form below. Please include scores from both ASCNE and NON-ASCNE trials. Scores only from ASCA or ASCA sanctioned trials will be considered.
Please submit one form per dog. Forms are due by 12/20 of the calendar year.

Versatility:
In one calendar year (Jan- Dec), the Dog must have qualified in 3 separate events, two of which must be Herding and Conformation: (Winners, Reserve, Best of Breed, or Best of Opposite Sex) and the third qualifier in any of Agility, Obedience or Tracking.

Performance:
In one calendar year (Jan- Dec), the Dog must have qualified in any 3 separate events -- Herding, Conformation (Winners, Reserve, Best of Breed, or Best of Opposite Sex), Agility, Obedience or Tracking.

A dog will not be considered for both Versatility and Performance awards in the same calendar year.

Tracking: Class, Qualified

If the dog had qualified in an event more than once, please only include your best score for that event

(ex. Herding: Std Ducks, 92, Conformation: Winners, Obedience: Nov-B, 96, Agility: Gamblers qualified, Tracking: TD, qualified )
