Here is a small (600x843) version of the diagram.   It isn't all that legible but I was trying to keep the file size down.   You can click here for a larger (2017x2835, 168Kbyte, 300DPI) version of the diagram.   The larger version is suitable for printing at 300 DPI and should give an image 6.7 x 9.5 inches (17x24 cm).
