The existing cape and garage were renovated, maintaining the street face of the property. The addition starts with a new entry and creates passage to new spaces located at the back of the existing house. The new living room, dining room, and kitchen take advantage of south sun and have the sense of an expanded site by "borrowing" views through neighboring spaces.
