Barcelona’s School of Performing Arts: Phaedra Performers wore brimmed hats and were lit from above. This made their faces invisible, although the audience could hear them clearly. They performed in front of a massively textured organic backdrop. A large pile of wool shearing was ceremoniously carried wrapped in cloth like a corpse. The pile of wool took on the silhouette of a huge man in the hands of five manipulators. The figure disintegrates at the end. |
