This small festival is run by the formidable Damiët van Dalsum, whose Hollebollebeer was one of the hits of the Puppetry in the Green Mountains Festival in Vermont the year before my sabbatical. Damiët had come to UMass and captivated my students with her no-nonsense approach to puppetry.
