Neighborhood Urban Design and Planning 1998-1999 Working with Fitchburg State College Community Outreach Partnership Center and residents of the surrounding neighborhood, students in a graduate urban design class developed plans for the College Hill neighborhood. Problems included traffic, parking, and vacant lots. Follow-up work has produced a brochure and portable display panels of design options. A second phase of the project involved developing a neighborhood planning manual.
