Community Indicators, South Holyoke 1999-2000
	Working with CDC Nueva Esperanza, UPP developed indicators for evaluating a crime prevention program funded through a HUD drug elimination grant. The process included a safety audit, focus groups to develop community-based crime indicators, and environmental assessment. Other work within this same project focuses on community development, including another project involving UPP--designing and constructing a plaza.
