Rotation is stopped as the default in this tour.    Using the mouse to click on and spin the molecule, you can get the effect of rotating, while not bogging down your computer.   Rotation or spin can be turned on in the tool bar.  It takes a great deal of computing power to calculate the movements of all the elements associated with the large subunit.   Even with a good computer,  your response time in the right window may be slowed with spin on.  Let the movie finish and then try clicking.  Those familiar with Chime may choose to use Chime's Menu.   This can be difficult, particularly on a Mac when spin is on.  Commands sent via Chime's Menu will not be registered amongst the status alerts above the Chime image.
